weak breakfastold furniture
The breakfast was not very good. The rooms are not soundproof, so I could hear noise from the hallway and outside, The furniture looked old, and not like what you'd expect in a 4-star hotel. The rooftop terrace wasn't special at all. The staircase looked quite dirty, and the carpet was very old.

The reception staff, specifically Daiana and Evzen, were professional. I found the service helpful. My room had clean features. The hotel location is directly in the city, with access.
The bathroom layout seemed poorly planned. It featured low quality materials. The shower was small and navigating it caused accidental temperature changes.

The breakfast had a superb selection that included everything I wanted. The location is perfectly situated in the city center. The staff were kind and helpful and they were always ready to assist with anything.
